We do have designated smoking areas. Sorry, no pets. $10 per day high-speed internet connection fee extra.
Refund policy: Your deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing no less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A cancellation fee of $35 and one nights stay is imposed and processing fee will be forfieted. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in the loss of your entire deposit. Deposit and room availability will be forfieted if check-in does not occur within 24 hours of scheduled arrival at 2:00 PM E.S.T. without prior written approval. No refund on early departure for any reason. Reservations are not transferable.
