Reservations and Deposits: Reservations will be held 10 days pending arrival of deposit. A 50% deposit in the form of personal or bank check is required along with this signed agreement. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in the form of personal or bank check. This agreement is for the occupant(s) listed above. The guest's name that appears on the agreement MUST accompany those occupants otherwise this contract is not valid and all deposits will be forfeited.
Refund Policy: Your deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing at the below address via Certified Mail no less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in the loss of your entire deposit. No refund on early departure for any reason. Guest is responsible for the entire contract amount. Reservations are not transferable.
